Returns Policy

Chrysalini Pty Ltd is a wholesaler to registered business and resellers.

Our products can be purchased by:

1. Website, phone or fax,

2. Visit our showroom in Derrimut VIC,

3. Trade Shows (Reed Gift Fair Melbourne & Sydney),

4. We have a full time representative on the road in QLD that can come to your business.  Please contact us for further details.

 

New Customers

Opening order is $250 (exc. GST) and will be issued with a Proforma invoice.  Goods will be dispatched once payment is received.  Re-order is $50 and applies to both new and existing customers.

 

Payment Options

Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard), EFT, Cheque or direct deposit.  No credit card fees.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Australian orders are shipped by Australia Post or Fastway Couriers.  Postage will vary depending on locations.  Calculated postage will apply for international orders.

 

Prices

All prices are wholesale prices quoted in AUD exclusive of GST. GST will be added to the final invoices for all Australian orders. Prices are subject to change without notice. 

 

Returns

For any faulty goods requiring replacement or credit, we require notification by phone, fax or email within 7 days or receiving goods.  All returned products must be in original packaging.  Freight cost will be not be reimbursed.

1. If the items you will receive is faulty on delivery, we will credit or replace with a new item. 

2. If the items in your store become faulty within 2 months, then we will repair or exchange the same item at our discretion. 

3. All online orders, if the colour plating is not suitable please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods for an exchange or credit.
